This original edition of Derrière Le Miroir, published in 1980 by Galerie Maeght, is dedicated to the work of German painter Konrad Klapheck. Known for his surreal depictions of typewriters, sewing machines, telephones and bicycles, Klapheck here presents a series of works that blur the line between objectivity and subconscious tension. The volume includes striking full-page illustrations in both colour and black and white.
The text is presented in French, German, and English. The spine shows minor damage and there is light foxing present, but overall the book remains in fine collectible condition.
