Magnus von Wright was a Finnish painter and ornithologist. He, along with his brothers Wilhelm and Ferdinand, illustrated some of the most detailed and significant collections of Nordic birds in the 19th century, contributing to the comprehensive scientific documentation of the region's fauna.
